Agent not replying?+
Check the Activity page for what ran, confirm the trigger matches the message, confirm the chat isn't excluded, and confirm the capability is Read & send.
Is my number safe?+
loop2 paces messages like a careful human, replies mainly to people who message first, caps follow-ups and honors opt-outs. No third-party WhatsApp tool can promise zero risk, and loop2 refuses bulk cold spam by design.
Can it send photos, videos and PDFs?+
Yes. You can attach files up to 20 MB per file to an automation, and the agent can send them.
Does it work in groups?+
Yes. Scope an automation to one group or all groups.
How do I pause an automation?+
Toggle it off from the Automations list.

Keep personal chats private
Use Excluded Chats to remove any conversation from every automation. loop2 will never read or reply in an excluded chat, including groups and family threads.
What each capability means
Capabilities are per-automation permissions covering replies, media, contacts and scheduling. Give each automation only what it needs, and nothing more.
