What loop2 is
loop2 is an AI sales agent that connects to a business's existing WhatsApp number as a linked device (the same slot you would use for WhatsApp Web). It answers inbound customer enquiries in seconds and follows up with quiet leads until they respond. loop2 is not a bulk-messaging tool and does not use the WhatsApp Business API.
Data we process
- WhatsApp messages in the chats you have explicitly enabled loop2 to work on. Chats you exclude are never read or processed.
- Business knowledge you upload — price lists, catalogues, product photos, PDFs and plain-English instructions you give the agent.
- Account and billing data — email, phone number, subscription status and payment metadata from our payment processor.
How we use it
We use the data above solely to run the features you enable inside loop2: reading the scoped chats, drafting and sending replies, generating follow-ups, sending files, and logging activity to your dashboard. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI models for anyone else.
Google user data (Gmail and Drive integrations)
loop2 offers optional Gmail and Google Drive integrations that you can connect from inside the app.
loop2's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is used only to provide user-facing features that you configure inside loop2 (for example, sending an email from your Gmail on your behalf, or attaching a file from your Drive to a WhatsApp reply). It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI models.
Chats you exclude
Chats you mark as excluded — including personal, family, investor and team chats — are never read, processed, or included in any AI processing by loop2. You control this from the Excluded Chats screen and can update it at any time.
Retention and deletion
We retain message and activity data only as long as needed to operate your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us; on receipt we will delete your account data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements for billing records.
