Built by two engineers, in public.
loop2 is built by Emon Meena and Devansh Joshi, classmates from IIT Roorkee who have been building together since college.
We started loop2 after watching Indian sellers pay Meta for every click, then lose the lead in their own WhatsApp inbox. A customer messages at 11 PM. The reply comes at 10 the next morning. By then she's bought from whoever answered first.
97% of Indian MSMEs sell on WhatsApp. Barely 15% use any CRM. The entire sales desk is one person and a phone — and that person sleeps, forgets follow-ups, and goes home at 7. loop2 is the salesperson that doesn't: it answers every enquiry in seconds and follows up with every quiet lead until there's an answer.
We do setup calls with sellers ourselves, read their chats (with permission), and ship what they actually need. Everything on this blog comes from those conversations — real mechanics, real ₹ numbers, nothing invented.

Emon Meena
Founder & CEO
IIT Roorkee CSE '23, Google Summer of Code alum. Spent two years building knowledge-graph infrastructure for one of the UAE's fastest-growing startups before founding loop2.ai. Talks to WhatsApp sellers every day, personally runs every setup call, and writes everything on this blog from those conversations.

Devansh Joshi
Co-founder & CTO
IIT Roorkee CSE '23, ex-Sprinklr (product engineering, converted to a pre-placement offer in eight weeks). Two-plus years designing large-scale data infrastructure in Java, Spring Boot, Python and Elasticsearch. Builds the engine behind the agent — the linked-device connection, the follow-up brain, and the reliability that keeps it answering at 2 AM.
