What each capability means
Capabilities are per-automation permissions — give each automation only what it needs.
The four capabilities
- Read & send — read the scoped chat and reply with messages or media. The default for responders and follow-ups.
- Read only — watch without sending. Use for recaps and monitoring.
- Send to other chats — post into chats other than the trigger chat. Example: notify your internal team group when a lead goes hot.
- Group admin — add/remove members or change group settings. Rarely needed; leave off unless you specifically need it.
