Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026. Operator: Mindloop Inc.
1. The service
loop2 is an AI sales agent that connects to your existing WhatsApp number as a linked device. It reads only the chats you scope it to, drafts and sends replies on your behalf, generates follow-ups for leads that go quiet, and logs activity to your dashboard.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use loop2 to send bulk unsolicited messages, spam, cold outreach to numbers that have not messaged you, or any other messaging that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service, the laws of India, or the laws of the jurisdictions of your recipients. loop2 may refuse or suspend accounts that attempt this — including refunding the current billing period at our discretion — and this behaviour cannot be re-enabled by request.
3. Subscription and cancellation
loop2 is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from inside the app; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
4. WhatsApp account standing
WhatsApp is operated by a third party (Meta). loop2 uses conservative pacing, respects opt-outs, and refuses bulk spam by design, but no third-party tool that connects to WhatsApp can guarantee your number will never be flagged, restricted, or banned. You use loop2 at your own risk with respect to your WhatsApp account standing, and Mindloop Inc. is not liable for actions taken by Meta against your WhatsApp account.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindloop Inc.'s aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced from inside the app or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
