Send scheduled and recurring messages
Scheduled Messages sends one-time or recurring messages — reminders, weekly check-ins, morning prompts — without you being online.
What you can do
- One-time send at a specific date and time.
- Recurring: daily, weekly, or a custom cadence.
Example uses
- Weekday 9 AM standup prompt in a team group.
- Weekly class-schedule reminder to a students' group.
- Renewal reminders to specific customers.
Open the Scheduled Messages section in loop2, or start from the Morning standup nudger template in New Automation.
