These Terms of Service govern your use of Mindloop, provided by Mindloop Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using Mindloop. Mindloop is an AI-powered assistant that handles inbound and outbound calls and emails for busy professionals and CXOs. The service continuously monitors your inbox, filters unwanted emails, and generates drafts for messages that require your attention. You can interact with Mindloop via chat or call at any time.

You agree to use Mindloop only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you must not use Mindloop to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, infringe the rights of any third party including intellectual property or privacy rights, engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct, or transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious content. Mindloop is not intended for emergency communications or life-critical situations and must not be relied upon as a substitute for emergency services.

To deliver the Email Agent features, Mindloop connects to your Gmail account with your explicit consent. By authorising this integration, you allow Mindloop to read your emails to generate summaries and contextual responses, create draft replies on your behalf for your review, and organise and move emails between folders, including spam filtering. We do not store the content of your emails or drafts beyond what is necessary to complete the requested action. We store limited account information — such as your name and email address — to manage your subscription and service configuration. Our use of Gmail data fully complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any access tokens connected to Mindloop, all activity that occurs under your account whether or not authorised by you, ensuring that your use of Mindloop complies with these Terms and all applicable laws, and promptly notifying us at emon@getmindloop.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. You retain full control over your personal data at all times and may request deletion, correction, or access to your information by contacting us.

Mindloop and all related technology, software, branding, and content are the property of Mindloop Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

Mindloop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We are not liable for any missed, delayed, or misrouted communications resulting from use of the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Mindloop. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mindloop at any time if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at emon@getmindloop.com. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via WhatsApp, SMS, and email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Mindloop after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
